· Therefore, we highly recommend you to use EMS service, or others express mail services with guarantee shipping time and a tracking number. Especially, In the loss shipping case, the refund process is extremely fast.
· For international shipping, please be informed if you have decided to use Standard Post Mail delivery to save your money, however please try it on your own risk because it only have tracking number but still no insurance.
· Even there is a tracking number but we cannot guarantee for shipping arrive the destination accurately.
· In the worst case such as goods damage or lost, we will try to rebate your goods from the post office but cannot guarantee that we able to get the full price from the Post Office or how long it would take to complete the refund process and must be your responsible to pay for the operation cost (if been requested by Post Office).
