For PE lines between the numbers of 0.8 and 1.5 we recommend using the QE knot.
=The no name knot keeps original line strength at over 80%. Much higher than other knots.
For PE lines over 1.5 we recommend using the FG knot.
=The FG knot retains 100% percent of the tensile strength of the line you are using.

Please hang up your OK75 using a climbing hook.
Run the end of your PE line through the line holders.
Please tighten the tightning screw.
Wrapping your main line 3-4 times through the tension rubber and securely fasting
each wrap using the O-Rings.

Holding the excess line between your thumb and index finger of your left hand.
Run your leaderline through the middle of the excess line.
(running it through the right side).Pulling the leaderline down,
Then run the leader line back through the middle(from the leftside). Following the same step as (2).
Wrap the leader 6 times in both the right and left directions.

Then open the tightening screw and remove the PE end first.
Then use a half hitch to connect PE line and leader.
4.How to finish off your knot

Holding the OK75 with your left hand and your leader and PE line with your right, please tighten the line thats wrapped.
Please tighten your knot until the color changes. If knot is done incorrectly, it will fall apart at this step of tying.
QE Knots
1.How to set PE line
(1) Wrapping your main line 3-4 times through the tension rubber and securely.
(2) Finally, please use the two outside rings to pinch off your line. This will keep your line firmly inplace.

While using our knotter, injury might occur if line is not firmly secured.
Depending on line diameter, you may want to add or subtract the number of times you wrap your line on your OK75.
2.How to wrap your line
(1) Please place your pe line and leaderline parallel to each other and pinch them approx 20cm from your OK55.
(2) Please wrap your pe line around your leaderline approx 10 times using your OK55.(Spinning it backwards).
(3) Gently remove your line from the knotter,without undoing the twist you have created.
* The OK55 should be free from your line. Please be careful not to drop it.
3.UNI KNOT
Please use a uni knot to close off your line system.
4.How to finish off your knot
Please by holding your leaderline with your right hand and the two PE lines with your left, pull the two ends firmly your knot should tighten.
END Knots
1.How to position your leader line
๏ผ1๏ผ Please position your leader line between line holders A and B as in the illustration.
๏ผ2๏ผ Keeping your knot as close to the line holder as possible.

By following the directions, pull the leader through the line holders A and B.
Placing the leader line on the pulley ,pull until your line is tightly secured between line holders A and B.
Please tighten the tightning screw.
3.PE line positioning

Keeping tension on your PE line, please wrap the PE line around the tension rubber 3-4 times.
After wrapping PE line around the tension rubber, place PE line through the 2 rubber rings located on the outside.
4.Half hitch 1
Using a half hitch to secure mainline and leader.

5.Half hitch 2 This times purpose is to protect your main line from the cut end of your leader line. (6times)
6.Perfect finish
(1) Please cut the ends of both PE and leader lines close to the knot.
(2) Please remove line from the ocean knotter.
Branding the Leader
1.Temporary Holding

Run your line through the welded ring.
Run leaderline in the same direction through the ring as with your main line and create a loop.
Placing the loop in the opposite direction of your mainline,
please run your leader end through the loop.
Tighten up the knot.
Tye one half hitch.
Place the welded ring on the hook.
2.How to position your leader line

By following the directions, pull the leader through the line holders A and B.

Placing the leader line on the pulley,pull until your line is tightly secured between line holders A and B.

Please tighten the tightning screw.

(1) Please cut the ends of leader lines close to the knot.
(2) Please remove line from the ocean knotter.
